Punishments

Members will be punished however the staff deems fit, staff are encouraged to look at the severity of the situation, the remorse of the person who broke the rule, and the understanding of the person. If you believe you have been punished unjustly, you may appeal any punishment using the form found here.

Disclaimers

As stated above, staff deal punishments as they seem fit, to this effect what staff says in regards to punishing, goes, no matter what position they are in staff. Staff may later meet on their own or as a result of an appeal to discuss the punishment further if needed. Arguing and debating with staff will not get you far, whether you are right or wrong, justified or unjustified.

"Walking the line" between breaking the rules or not, such as talking about breaking them, joking about breaking them, or threatening to or saying you will break them will be treated as if you had broken the rule(s). 

Keep in mind that as we are a Minecraft server, you must follow Minecrafts EULA, and Terms of Service while you are on our server, and on our Discord, you must follow Discords Community Guidelines, and Terms of Service.

Staff will try and be as lenient as possible with enforcing rules, but some situations demand action.

All of our bans are IP bans and circumventing them will get you banned with no chance of appeal.
