Griefing & Building

The destruction of anothers creation or build, or the area around it is considered griefing, and this is not allowed. We employ the use of plugins to allow players to protect their creations, and as such anything outside of said protection is regarded as fair game. However, it being fair game does not excuse the respect rule, trashing anothers creation just because you can, whether claimed or not, is still considered griefing. Targeted, repeateded grief and theft is not allowed. We employ plugins so we KNOW you did it and are able to reverse it, you will accomplish nothing but being punished.

If a build or chest is clearly a part of an active land claim, it is off limits from grief and theft regardless of the specific portion being claimed or not.

While building, be mindful that offensive or obscene creations, purposefully lagging the server, or stealing credit for builds is not allowed.

Builds must be accurate to the lore of the server, for example you can not build a medieval skyscraper, or any modern building. Keep builds medieval, fantasy, or steampunk themed.

Builds can not be messy, eye sores, or extremely inaccurate (floating houses with no RP explanation for example)

Be sure to preserve the natural beauty of the server, don't go around griefing biomes and blowing up large holes or other forms of large scale destruction for no reason.

• Unclaimed land - Subject to whatever, but still compliant to the natural beauty rule above.

• Unclaimed land surrounding a claim - Subject to whatever though the nation bordering maintains dejure control in RP.

• Patrially claimed area - Examples include half a village, or other settlement, complex, building or base. Protected from grief and theft.

Any unclaimed chunk is open to being claimed, therefore it is advised to not build or occupy land you can not claim fully, as while it is protected by rules, anyone can swoop in and claim the land, thus giving them right to the items and builds within.
